Expanding the bottom line:

The agency I work for had acquired a small portion of the Miller Brewing Company account. My department was tasked with creating sell sheets to promote and support Miller’s in-store promotional efforts. The work was exciting and rewarding but I knew there was an opportunity for us to do much more. I pitched my creative department’s ability to the account AE who in turn shared the idea with his contacts at Miller. By demonstrating time and again, our ability to deliver high quality creative, we were asked to expand our contract to include tear pad and recipe book design the next year. I hired as needed to help facilitate this new workload to great success and by the end of the following year we had expanded our presence on the Miller account to include in-store promotional point-of-sale and online initiatives. This influx of new work greatly increased the agency’s profits, allowing myself to bring two more art directors on board and grow my department even larger.
